Download the latest version of FitrWoman.
Join Strava for free.
Open FitrWoman. Go to Settings.
Select Account Settings.
Select Apps and Devices. Click Connect with Strava.
Authorize FitrWoman to connect to Strava.
You will now see your activities and menstrual cycle data on the Calendar screen.
