Here are answers to some common questions about the FitrWoman app and FitrCoach platform.

Using the FitrWoman app

How do I change the language of FitrWoman?

The FitrWoman app is currently available in English, Spanish and Portuguese. To change the language go to Settings > Display Preferences > Language and select your desired language.

How do I delete my account? 

To delete your account go to Menu > Settings > Account Management > Delete Account.

How do I connect my account with my coach?

If your Coach has a FitrCoach subscription, you will be able to connect to their account, if you consent to do so. Go to Menu > Settings > Coach Connections > Enter Code. Here you will need to enter the code given to you by your coach. Once you have done this, your menstrual cycle data will be shared with your coach. 

How do I log my bleeds and symptoms with FitrWoman? 

You can log a bleed/symptom by using the ‘log’ button on the right hand side of the bottom tab bar or by picking a date in the calendar section and clicking the green log button. Your logs will save automatically. 

I have an irregular cycle, can I still use FitrWoman? 

Yes! If you have an irregular cycle you will have a tailored journey and content to accommodate this. 

Can I change my cycle length? 

Your cycle length is calculated using an algorithm based on your historic cycle lengths. The app will automatically calculate it for you. 

How do I end my hormonal contraception?

Go to Settings > Hormonal Contraception > End hormonal contraception. Set the End date and click save. 

Can I personalise my dietary preferences? 

Yes! Go to settings > Dietary Requirements > Toggle your chosen dietary requirements. 

How do I export my data? 

To export your data go to Menu > Settings > Account Management > Data Export.

Can I customise the tab bar at the bottom of my screen? 

You can have a maximum of 3 section links on your tab bar. To customise these go to Settings > Display Preferences > Custom Navigation. Select the sections you would like to appear on your tab bar. 

How do I remove my coach as a connection? 

You can remove a coach at any time. Go to Menu > Settings> Coach Connections > Remove This Connection.

How do I change or delete what I’ve logged?

In the calendar section, select the date you would like to make changes to. Select log and enter or unselect a symptom/ bleed. This will save automatically.

How are my predictions and averages calculated?

We use adaptive averages to show your future bleed start date and cycle length. This updates and refines as you continue to log cycles.

I’ve just started hormonal contraception, how do I tell the app this? 

Go to Settings > Hormonal Contraception > New Entry. Select your hormonal contraception type, select the start date and press save.

How do I let the app know I skipped my combined pill break?

Go to the Calendar, select the date you started your new pill packet. Click log, then select ‘First day of pill’ under the hormonal contraception section.

Using the FitrCoach platform

How do I connect an athlete to my FitrCoach dashboard? 

Menu (top left corner) > Team admin > Codes. You can generate a new code by clicking ‘New Code’ or use an existing one. Your athlete needs to input this code into their FitrWoman app by going to Menu (top right corner) > Settings > Coach connections > Enter Code.

Once an athlete has requested to be connected you will be notified in FitrCoach - a small dot will appear in the menu bar in the top left corner. Click on the Menu > Team Admin. Your athlete request will appear on the ‘users’ tab for you to accept or decline.

How do I add a coach to the FitrCoach platform?

1. Only Admins can add a coach. They need to go to Menu (top left corner) > Team Admin > Create User. Make sure the email, first name, last name and role is entered before clicking Create. 
2. The coach user then navigates to Fitr.Coach and clicks ‘reset password’.
3. They will receive an email with instructions on how to reset their password.
4. Once reset, they can login to Fitr.Coach.

I have more than one training group, can I split them into separate dashboards? 

If you have multiple training groups which you would like to see on different dashboards, please contact us at fitrwoman@orreco.com and we will help get you set up.

How do I enter profile details for my athlete? 

1. Go to the Menu (top left corner) >Team Admin > Users. 
2. In the Athletes section click on the edit icon button under profile details for the chosen athlete.
3. Here you can enter their date of birth, height and weight measurements. By clicking their picture you can also enter a personal profile picture. 

How do I alter the number of athletes in my subscription? 

Go to the Menu (top left corner) >Team Admin > Subscription > Edit subscription. Use the plus and minus buttons to add or take away athletes from your subscription. Your billing will be automatically updated accordingly. 

How do I cancel my subscription? 

Go to the Menu (top left corner) >Team Admin > Subscription > Edit subscription. Use the plus and minus buttons to add or take away athletes from your subscription. Your billing will be automatically updated accordingly. 

How do I remove an athlete from my FitrCoach dashboard? 

Menu (top left corner)> Team admin > Athletes. Click ‘remove’ on the far right side. 

How many coaches can I have on my Fitrcoach platform?

You can have an unlimited number of coaches on your FitrCoach platform. 

Can I be a coach and also show up as an athlete on my dashboard? 

Yes. An Admin will need to do the following: 
1. Go to the Menu (top left corner) >Team Admin > Users. 
2. Click the edit icon for the ‘role’ of the user
3. Click the ‘yes’ under the question ‘ Is this admin/coach also an athlete?’

Do I need to generate a new code for every athlete? 

No, you do not need to generate a new code for every athlete. You can generate and pick how long a code will be valid for in the drop down. If you pick the duration as ‘Forever’ the code will never expire and any athlete you give this to can then use this code to connect to your account. 

I don't want my athlete seeing the training phase tips in the app, am I able to turn this off? 

Only the athlete can turn can turn off their phase tips. They can do so by going to settings > Display preferences > Hide Training 

How do I pick athletes to get alerts from? 

1. Click on the settings icon to the right side of the Alerts section.
2. Select your chosen athletes
3. Select specific symptoms you would like to be alerted by

How do I send resources to an athlete? 

1. Go to Menu > Resources Browse or search for the resource you would like to send.
2. Click preview and share
3. Select the athlete/s you wish to send the resource to Click send, then confirm and send
