In FitrWoman, Orreco have created an innovative platform for performance coaching and learning in the field of female performance and health. Until now, it has been very challenging to bridge the gap between research and application; between coach, scientist and athlete. The FitrWoman platform is a much-needed paradigm shift for all athletes and practitioners, where the Female’s unique physiology and psychology is the focal point of all coaching. I’ve questioned for a long time how we can redefine and optimize the way the female athlete trains, to perform consistently at the highest level. Orreco have answered just that, and more.
